A workshop was successfully conducted at Gurukul International School by S. Chand Publication on the topic Life Skill and Stress Management. The resource person for the session was Dr. Aniket Shrivastava, who shared valuable insights and practical strategies with the teachers. Dr. Shrivastava explained many useful tips and techniques to manage stress effectively in a personal as well as professional life. The session focused on developing essential life skills such as emotional balance, problem-solving, time management, and maintaining a positive mindset.

Today at Gurukul International School, Haldwani one day workshop from CBSE on the topic “Life Skills” was organized. Whose resource person was Mrs. Mamta Bisht and Mr. Prateek Sachdeva. Interactive activities were organised that highlighted the importance and necessity of life skills amongst all. In conclusion, it was a transformative experience for all participants. The knowledge gained from this workshop will undoubtedly enrich the teaching methodologies and contribute to the holistic development of students.

Gurukul International School students Deepanshi Giri bagged Silver medal and Janvi Kunwar got bronze medal (Under 17) in Cluster XIX North Zone-1 Judo Championship organized by C.B.S.E held at Meerut U.P. from 07.09.2025 to 10.09.2025. Deepanshi Giri has been selected for National Tournament to be held at Rajasthan on 28.09.2025.

Gurukul International School student Sanjana Bisht bagged Gold medal in Cluster XIX North Zone-1 (400 m Race – Under 17) Athletics Championship organized by C.B.S.E held at Mainpuri U.P. from 29.08.2025 to 31.08.2025. Sanjana Bisht has been selected for National Tournament to be held at Varanasi on 10.09.2025.

Gurukul International School students participated in the Model United Nations (MUN) competition held at DPS Rudrapur from 29.08.2025 to 31.08.2025. In which Harshit Singh is awarded the Best Delegate trophy and Prachi Bora is bestowed the High Recommendation trophy among 500 participants. Additionally, Khushi Pargai and Ravleen Kaur, Ansh Joshi and Divya Pant were acknowledged for Verbal Mention.

Gurukul brings laurels- In Inter School Badminton Tournament held at Jaycees Public School, Rudrapur from 26.08.2025 to 29.08.2025, in which 25 teams with 139 players across Kumaun region participated. Our students came out with flying colors. Under 14 Doubles – I Position (Gaurav Singh Bisht Class VIII C, Garvit Singh Bisht Class VII B) Under 19 Single – Runner (Sahil Singh Adhikari Class XII A) Under 19 Double – Runner (Sahil Singh Adhikari Class XII A & Gaurav Singh Bisht Class VIII C).
