About The School

Being the land mark institution – in the field of imparting quality education, we at GIS uphold the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen i.e. continuous development of the students, teachers and the school. Success is synonymous with students’ achievements, so we believe in nurturing our students as Total Quality Person (TQP).

The school is a place which lays the foundation for the basic character that moulds the future of a child. Our school is a disciplined home for students to grow where they learn to respect teachers and elders, punctuality and confidence to participate in all activities. The schooling is an experience that should last long in the memory of every child. I know to be a teacher is not an easy task, it needs a lot of efforts and dedication. They are more than parents, as children are highly influenced by their childhood. I always motivate teachers to know their importance because they create human beings for future society.

The mission of education is to make every child good and smart. Education aims to inculcate values, attitudes, knowledge and skills that bring out human and academic excellence. Education further aims to provide meaning, personal fulfillment and happiness to our children at the same time to propel them to become concerned, caring and contributing members of society. We believe that education must address all three realities of a child: material, human and divine. Present education puts more emphasis on material education at the cost of human and divine education. A more balanced education is needed that also incorporates human and spiritual education. At a certain moment in human history, education must also act as a powerful instrument of social transformation. It must address not only personal but also social needs. Children must be inspired to become proactive agents of social transformation.
