Cyber Crime and Safety Awareness Session:- A Cyber Crime and Safety Awareness Session was conducted at Gurukul International School by the Uttarakhand Police. Sub-inspector Mrs. Vandana Chaudhary and Sub-inspector Mr. Deepak, from the Cyber Police kumaun, Rudrapur, Udhamsingh Nagar, interacted with the students. They provided valuable information on how children can stay safe online, avoid cyber threats, and report any cyber-related issues or harassment to the authorities. The session was highly informative and helped students understand the importance of being responsible digital citizens.

A workshop was successfully conducted at Gurukul International School by S. Chand Publication on the topic Life Skill and Stress Management. The resource person for the session was Dr. Aniket Shrivastava, who shared valuable insights and practical strategies with the teachers. Dr. Shrivastava explained many useful tips and techniques to manage stress effectively in a personal as well as professional life. The session focused on developing essential life skills such as emotional balance, problem-solving, time management, and maintaining a positive mindset.

Today at Gurukul International School, Haldwani one day workshop from CBSE on the topic “Life Skills” was organized. Whose resource person was Mrs. Mamta Bisht and Mr. Prateek Sachdeva. Interactive activities were organised that highlighted the importance and necessity of life skills amongst all. In conclusion, it was a transformative experience for all participants. The knowledge gained from this workshop will undoubtedly enrich the teaching methodologies and contribute to the holistic development of students.
